Spring Training Help

My friend wanted to post but his sn wasn't working so he asked for me to post it for him...

My friend and I have a league and we recently conducted the offseason including spring training. After we set the point amounts we simmed and everything worked fine. Under player development, it had all the changes like "Scott Kazmir has improved his control". But when you click on Kazmir his actual ratings and talent ratings didnt change at all. His talent ratings were 10,8,4 and actual were 4,5,3 before Spring Training and even though it said he imroved his control the ratings are the same. Can someone help me?

Not completely sure, but it sounds like he improved less than a full point (on your 10-point scale).

Remember that, internally, the game uses 100-point scale ratings, so maybe he went from a 46 to a 54, or something similar.
