Duplicate players

ok heres the story, i have a couple guys that signed players in my league. So i woudl sign them for them and then update the league file. They would then download it and they would see the player on their roster 2, maybe 3 times. And sometimes these players have nothing listed for their contracts. Any ideas??

Sounds like guys are working w/ different versions of the same file.
