Just one of those pitchers . . .
OOTP has a way of shaping character into its players, both in and outside the monitor it seems. I have a young pitcher in my rotation that is now at a 1-4 record, and one would have trouble conceiving it would have happened based on an overall look at his stats, etc... but typical of his performances is maybe that OOTP serendipity sprinkled among the sparkle of the stadium lights. Last game I patiently watched him put together 7 1/2 innings, 8 Ks, 2 BB. He gave up only three hits and lost by one run. The three hits he gave up were each solo shot HRs spaced an inning or two apart. Doggone it.
Eden Zaragoza. Hope he doesn't become known as "Zar-a-goes-a-nother-one!"
