Any news on BOSI v2

From everything that I have read, BOSIv2 should be released today but I havnt found anything announcing the release. has it been pushed back or what?

We will release BOSI v2(only works with v6) no later then end of day Sunday July 11th.

I didnt mean to sound angered or anything, i was just curious. I knew that it was due by the end of the day but I was just wandering if there was a change or something. My apologies.
