How many licenses?

Could someone verify how many licenses we will get with each purchase? I know that in past OOTP versions there have been two but I thought I read somewhere that SI would only provide one license per purchase.

Actually, I dont believe we've even discussed that part yet but it will likely be 2, maybe 3.
