A possible bug

I had one of my players charge the mound after getting hit by a pitch. Both he and the pitcher were tossed out of the game. When i went to the lineup screen, it said my batter was still in the lineup. when i clicked back to the game screen, there was a new pitcher and to my surprise, the new pitcher was also my pinch-runner. when i went back to the lineup screen again, my original batter was still in the lineup. i took him out, used a different player as a pinch runner but when i went back to the game, the other team's pitcher was still my pinch runner.

Can someone check this out?

This is something that has happened for awhile. If 6.03 didn't fix it then it is something that still needs to be fixed.
