New Complete Fictional
The United Baseball Federation has officially opened its doors. The UBF takes place in 1995, as the MLB went on strike in 1994 and never recovered. Now, 75 major US Cities are looking to own their own professional club, in this replacement league.
We are a twenty team league, with four divisions of five teams each. As an owner you will choose your city of location from the list, create your team name, create/find a logo for your team, create your stadium, and draft 20 players of your team (CPU will do the rest). You will even create yourself as an 18 year old 3.0 star prospect, as we will see whos prospect ends up with the best career out of the bunch. Our draft kicks off Monday, with a special Sunday "lottery" chat where we reveal the order of the picks from #20 to #1. Please read the rules if interested in joining. We do two rounds of drafting per day on the board, with a 15 minute time frame for each pick. We promise a great league, as 12 or so of the 20 spots have been filled by proven, hand picked owners that we knew would be active. We will have a weekly magazine called UBF Uncovered, and we're looking for an extremely active group and some great writers to contribute to the magazine. Let me give this a quick little bump...I'm in this league (hehe, that's probably not a selling point!) and it lshould be outstanding with a solid foundation of owners in place. The organization and rules are solid and it has a great outlook.
