Halo Roster Question

FIRST OFF BIG PROPS ON NEW SET!!

I TRIED TO CHANGE THE RATINGS FROM 1-10 TO 1-100 IN LEAGUE SETTINGS AND IT WOULD NOT LET ME..

ANYONE LESE RUN INTO THIS??

apparently i was wrong, i didnt unlock the ratings, but i thought i did.....i have looked around for a bit but havent found anything to unlock them. Im not even sure how they got locked to begin with lol

well apparently emailing the tech support isnt a good idea when they are at the convention this weekend lol

As soon as i find out i will let everyone know , but apparently no one wants to release this info because people may use it to unlock their online league ratings, but if im not mistaken, when they export their teams it wont make a difference unless the commish unlocks it, but im not sure

I can @#$%#$ search so i dont know if it has been posted already

Once you get the locked ratings issue fixed, how soon will you be releasing an update reflecting the 2004 MLB Draft?

as of right now i have to projects in one for the Halofan roster set....i have a REALLY ghetto way to unlock the ratings (i dont recommend!) and im updating the file now so i will have an update most likely buy 20th/21st

I am looking to hear from people that have any input on this roster set as i have made this set for download and it is not the roster set i use cause i have a solo league of fictional players, so if there is something/someone wants to see on this file email me at duckfart76@comcast.net

you cant lol i am going back a month and re-doing the file from May1st cause that file wasnt locked.....so i am putting all the info from May back in and when the new one comes out, it will have all that info (May and most of June) and the ratings will be unlocked.....its a pain in the butt, however i know smoe people apparently really like this file so i have to fix the ratings issue

FYI....

I started a dupe thread by mistake.... but you can unlock the ratings by doing this:

copy the league to your OOTP5 folder -- I think you could just put it anywhere on your drive to import if you don't have ootp5, but certainly didn't test.

Then, import the league in ootp6.... I got a "message for oakland' stop sim? pop-up immediately after importing, but then ootp6 prompts you as to whether you want to unlock the ratings.

BTW -- nice set, halo!

An easier method is create a new leageue, then copy everthing <i>except</i> the league.dat file from halofan.lg folder into your new leage folder....

This also seemed to work fine.
