OOTP 6 transparent menus

i have a small problem. All of my drop down menu's and pop up windows are transparent. For example, if i click on anything, then a new window appears, but i can see right through it and the background window is still there. This sounds hard to explain without seeing it. I can send an image of the problem.

i also tried to reload OOTP 6, but i still get the same problem

There's a file on the OOTP folder that's called "game configuration" or something like that. Disable 3D and try again.
