eMLB needs one more owner

Hello there,

Electronic Major League Baseball (eMLB) needs one owner to replace our recently departed Oakland owner, who was one of our charter members. The league will turn 4 years old on July 19, 2004.

Oakland made the playoffs last season, but was eliminated in the first round by Baltimore, who made it to, but lost the World Series. Mark Prior is slowly turning into a potential Ace for the staff, and the oldest pitcher in the rotation is now 30. The team has last season's Fireman Winner in John Sneed (37 Svs, and 0.93 ERA in 58 IP), a top flight catcher in Jim Horner (.326, 32 HR, 135 RBI last season), and has the ever resourceful Andruw Jones on the squad as well.

We'd like to secure this position ASAP. The A's are going to be making their selection by tonight for their first round pick in the Amateur Draft. We'd like to get someone use to our system before we get to the Regular Season.

SPECIAL NOTE: We are using OOTP 5 right now, but we will be going to OOTP 6 once we are done the regular season! You must have a copy of both games in order to join.
