My Bucco's Dynasty

I've been playing this game since season ticket baseball 2001 or w/e, but never really felt like posting some of my things. Well I have a dynasty going right now with my favorite team the Pittsburgh Pirates and I just started getting back into the game in the last couple of weeks...but here are some stats so far...

Record 27-25, 4.5 GB behind Houston

Batting Avg.
Kendall .319
R. Mondesi .286
T. Redman .264

Rob Mackowiak and Jason Bay are batting .277, and Randel Simon is batting .284, but dont have enough AB's to qualify.

Homeruns
R. Mondesi 8
R. Mackowiak 5
B. Hill 4

RBI's
R. Mondesi 34
B.Hill 27
J. Kendall 26

Stolen Bases
T. Redman 14
A. Nunez 12
J. Kendall 10

E.R.A.
Kip Wells 2.96 (4-2)
Kris Benson 4.04 (4-3)
R. Vogelsong 4.31 (6-2)...also leading in wins and strikeouts

Summary:
So far the Bucco's are doing pretty good. The pitching is ranked a decent 11th in the majors and stopping the boat from sinking from the Pirates dismal .247 team batting avg. The biggest surprise by far this year has been Ryan Vogelsong on the defense, and Bobby Hill on the offense. Ryan Vogelsong has a 6-2 record with a 4.31 ERA, and has a couple of strong outings. In his last three games he's 3-0 with a 2.89 ERA in 18.2 IP. He had in his second and third outings of the year, two games in which he pitched seven strong innings without letting up no runs and in one game striking out a career high 9 batters. For a guy that i didn't think was going to do good at all, he's doing pretty good and seems to be able to get a win when its needed.
Bobby Hill has only a .241 batting avg, but has 4 homers and 27 RBI's. And for someone who is consistently in the 6 hole, thats pretty good. But his batting average has been taking a tumble these recent weeks, from what was at one point a decent .284 to now a .241. But the I'm hopeful that its going to turn the corner and get back on track.
I'll probably post again around the all star break in my league
