POLL: Evaluation Ratings

OK, one thread where everyone can post how they set their evaluation ratings (e.g. 40/10/25/25, etc.)

We can then all compare notes.

Right now, I'm using the game's default.

i recommend to go with Henry evaluation %
(Rating, current, last yr stat, 2 yr old stat)

April 50%, 0%, 30%, 20%
May 50%, 5%, 30%, 15%
June 50%, 10%, 30%, 10%
July 50%, 15%, 30%, 5%
Aug 50%, 20%, 30%, 0%
Sept 50%, 25%, 25%, 0%

That's what I'm using and I'm quite happy with the results.

so to use this method you have to manually change the ratings each month?

Yep. It's annoying but seems to work quite well.

I went to 75 talent, 15 last year, 5 current and two years ago. In the end this gives a little evaluation on stats but keeps most on talent, which I have hidden. It works for me.

I guess Im an idiot, but WTF are you guys talking about?? I have been playing default and am not thrilled , so I must find out what and where to change whatever it is your talking about.

This might work, as well, while preserving the 3:2:1 ratio between performances from the last 3 seasons. I like the idea of keeping "talent" (the first number) hidden, and anywhere from 50-70% for talent would probably work.

Jul 50% 17% 25% 08%

Sep 50% 28% 19% 03%

end of current season (Oct) would then be: 50% 33% 17% 00%
This then becomes -- 50% 00% 33% 17% the following April.

I think the key is just making sure you slightly raise the current season's value each month. Only takes a minute and helps the AI make alot better decisions.
