Best City to Produce Baseball Players

An update

Originally there were going to be 30 teams but after deleting players with minimal playing time (see below) I have decided to weed down to 24 for now. (25 players minimum born in that city).

After I do a test import later today or tomorrow more teams might be eliminated depending on how the players are spread out across positions.

In a cpl test imports game AI made some "bad" decisions in my mind as to who was at major lg level. I am thinking to correct this I will either sim 1/2 with comp AI decisions and 1/2 with mine or maybe even all with mine.

Everything will be turned off (finances, coaches, inj, trading etc.) except for position player fatigue (depth should have some impact I think).

Will be replay lg with everyone using same stadium all factors 100. Not sure yet on 4 or man rotation or on DH, thoughts? See Poll.

Will sim probably at least 20 seasons maybe 40 with "winner" being city with best overall winning pct.
