OOTP 6 Backgrounds/stadiums

I opened ootp6 today and the backgrounds on the standings page and the schedule page do not show up. Also when I play out my games the stadium .bmp's do not show up at all. It's just all black. It all worked fine the other day. All the necessary pictures are in the graphics file but for some reason the game will not display them. Any ideas?

Did you install any new programs or make any changes to your video settings?

I have not messed with display settings at all but I did re-install Norton Internet Security a few days ago. Would that have messed up files in ootp6?

Ok, now that we have deemed that it is possible, what am i supposed to do or how can I fix it? Will re-installing ootp6 do it? I just have no clue as all the graphics are there the game just won't use them.
