Another promotion question

We're about a third of the way through the season, and I could use another starter (fifth starter went down for the season).

I've got a 24 year old prospect in AAA with pretty good numbers (under 2 ERA), but in only 6 IP (coming off an injury to start the season). His ratings are:

R H D HR BB K Vel
2 4 5 4 6 7 6

With talent of:

Good Average Average Good Brilliant.

It looks like his hits and K numbers could still come up several points, and his HR could still come up another point, but otherwise he's starting to reach his potential -- except for that runs number.

He's also a lefty, and I don't currently have a lefty starter.
