No more triples

I've been playing an 80's league for a week now and plowed through 3 seasons already. I've been using the Ankit 5 database for this one and all was going really well until I realized that, for the past 2 seasons, there hasn't beem 1 triple in the league. When I click the recalculate for historical accuracy button, it comes up at 0.

I've tried adjusting it to all kinds of numbers, 0, 1, 100, 200, 1000, etc. I've even tried negative numbers. Nothing seems to effect it, still gives me zero triples altogether.

just wondering if anyone had any suggestions

Very strange, what do the "park factors" for 3B look like?

The parks are all around 100, give or take a few numbers either way.

I didn't even notice until I went to the league leaders and saw no one had hit a triple, it was just really odd. Guys hit them midway through 1987, but 1988 didn't have a single one and 1989 has yet to have a triple too.

Not sure what I can do to fix it. It's not a huge deal for me, the rest of their numbers are fine, I'd just like to find a solution if I can.

Well, I've now moved into 1990 and I still don't have any triples coming. I'm going to guess this is just me as no one else has had said they've seen this before.

I've now set the triples in this league to -10000, just to see what would happen. I now get guys hitting 8-10 doubles a week, but still no triples. I thought it was rather odd that the results of pushing the triples count down introduces more doubles into the game without a single triple being produced.
