I thought this was a thread about Bon Jovi.

I would rather see the other issues addressed first

I think Markus should just wait until OOTP7 to implement H2H... too many other concerns to worry about with OOTP6.

I realize this a shocking statement coming from me, but let's fix what we have before adding more...

I doubt I'll ever use H2H except maybe as a curiosity now and then. I'd prefer other things to be worked on.

If they add H2H I will buy the game. If not, I will just keep enjoying OOTP5.

A previous post by Marcus stated that another patch will be out this week to stabalize the game and then they will work on the big update with H2H included. I do not believe anyone wants to see H2H more than I do and that includes Statfreak . But I am patient. I figure it will be another 2-3 weeks for H2H at the soonest. Just my prediction.

Didn't Markus say a week after release.

I dont plan on using it anyways, but Im fairly sure they said a week, and im fairly sure people were grilled for saying it might not ever happen.....

Hank - it was actually 2-3 weeks after release (which has come and passed).

I knew that would be an impossibility, so don't really care that H2H is still several weeks away.

Ragnar - it's MARKUS!!!!! no way you want to see H2H more... I've been carrying the H2H torch for 4 years and counting... of course I realize like every other new feature, it won't work quite the way it should/I want it to...

"OK, I am currently collecting the issues that are remaining in OOTP 6.01, and will start coding the 6.02 patch next week. This will put OOTP 6 in a very very stable condition (it already is, just some easy fixes are left) and wil enable me to work on the first big update

Just wanted to keep you updated!"

Cheers,
Markus

That was posted on 4/27. It leads me to believe the big update will follow patch 6.02 which will hopefully include H2H. No one has said different reguarding H2H. I'm going by what they say lately. Not by what they said would happen 2 months ago. This post also leads me to believe all future patches if any will be on hold until the big update. It's been long enough.

statfreak, you may have wanted H2H longer.....just not as much as I

Bump......pay attention to the quote above on page 1 from Markus

When the poll was taken on whether or not to release the game without H2H until the big update there was a ton of posts begging for the game now and "what's the big deal? H2H will be added later"

The big deal is I know i'm gonna see posts now saying to delay H2H until next version for a patch because they won't use it anyway or some bull like that. I am just amazed at how many posts I see regaurding the game as if it were made just for them.

I see many complaints on this forum that are legit yet have no impact on the way I play the game but i'm not ignorant enough to post on how it doesn't matter to me. I don't know why but that still bothers me.

The word I got was that there will be a patch (6.02) and then a major update (6.10?). H2H is supposedly going to be included in the major update.

Whether the impatient grasshoppers like it or not, it just makes sense to get the game stabilized before adding H2H to the mix.
