FTP Issues

I'm working on setting up a league file for a new league I planned on opening up. I had run a league a couple years ago but we called it quits due to the heavy time commitment and some personal issues at the time.

However, while setting up the file for use and testing it out, I've come across some problems with the FTP exports. I'm using web1000 for the FTPing of the exports, just as I did way back when. While in the Online League Options screen the connection test goes through fine. When you try to FTP an export it comes up with "export failed" everytime.

I've tried to figure out a way to resolve this on my own but have come up short each time.

So now, out of ideas, I turn to you guys. to quote the Beatles, "Help!"

Make sure the Port is correct, and it's in the right File spot

I've got it set with port 21 and the starting directory is accurate.

I can't remember for certain that port 21 was what I had used before but I believe it is.

I use port 21...Your prob good on that part if it's 21. Is the Server Address typed in correct? Somtimes it is the simplest tihng that will screw it up. Or maybe your setting need to be adjusted? not really sure, but there are a couple ideas..

Is the directory on the server REM, with that EXACT case? Remember, in Unix, case matters. So, if the server has a directory of rem, you need /rem here. /REM would not work.

Wait a second .. hold the fort. What is your domain? The FTP server is usually ftp.yourdomain.com. With All in 1, it's just your domain. Are you sure you are supposed to be using ftp.web1000.com? If someone tried to FTP to ftp.allin1websolutions.com without knowing the main username/password, it would error out.

Yes, I know, you said that However, are you sure that is what you are SUPPOSED to be using? Most hosting companies have you use either your domain name, or ftp.yourdomain.com as the FTP server. Are you absolutely sure you are supposed to be using ftp.web1000.com?

Also, have you tried this FTP information in a regular FTP program?

I had been using SmartFTP for any uploading and all that.

Also, the connection tests have all been successful.

If you are able to connect using SmartFTP with the same exact information that you have in the game, then I am at a loss.
