Tech Question for Shub

None of your logos ever fade out or gets spotty and splotchy.

What is your secret?

If possible, please share with the other designers, who might need it.

And as I have told you before, your logos are just about as good as they get. When you retire, IMHO, you will be a unanimous choice for the Logo and Graphics Hall of Fame.

I don't know exactly what it is that I do....

I make the logos in Photoshop, layers and all, then I save them as 32 bit BMPs when I'm done. Other than that, I have no clue. Maybe they are just extra special because I make them.

Actually, this logo thing is how we all joined up, I actually never heard of Cuss or dbacks until I started posting up some logos, then we started the whole graphics forum thing, which evolved into an online league... so we've come a long way.

Anytime you do a logo for someone, it is extra special.

I think all of the logo creators on this site are awesome! TO give up your time to help fellow gamers is great.

Thanks again to everyone who has helped out.

Yeah, when the three of us (cuss, me, and shub) first started the graphics forum, cuss and I were already pros. But shub was just a rookie, and it's me and cuss (mostly me, though) who taught him the ins and outs of sophisticated graphics design. And I have to admit, he's really come a long way...

Your league must have the absolute best logos in the world.

Where is your league site? It would be interesting to see it.

Is it the one with the Felons, Juveniles, etc.?

not necessarily, since it's our league, we sort of just brush through the logos and didn't really pay much attention to them. It's all about the championships. Althoguht Shub's team, the Predators have one of the best logos ever.

check it out here: http://www.gfbl.tk

Predators' team site: http://www.predators.shub.net/ (Shub's team)

Jailblazers' team site: http://www.jailblazers.tk/ (dbacks' team)

also these 2 played out one of the most memorable championship series ever in 2004. It was just an end to end battle all the way through.

Great league site...enjoyed perusing it...very well done.

Cuss16, you are right...you don't spend much time on logos.

Suggest you get some of the guys on the Logos and Graphics Forum to create some for you.
