<b>EDIT: as of this morning (4/5), I've nearly exceeded my 24-hour bandwidth limit. I've had to take down the files today, but will have them back up tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience - I didn't expect to go through 5 gb of bandwidth that quickly!</b>

Yes. Just download one of the fictional player faceparks from a place like:

or

http://files.simcentral.net/index/Out_of_the_Park/

: then get the file name out of the game for that player, ie. p186.bmp, rename the fictional photo to that and add it.
