Please help...

My OOTP5 ain't workin....performs an illegal operation whenever i try to open it. I installed it again, and it said there was an error in gjl440....error in module enic40.dll (or something like that). Is this simply something wrong with my computer or the actual IITP? When my computer turns on, it says that it cant find SERVICES.EXE, and something to do with WIN.INI. could this be the cause of the problem?

In XP: Control Panel>Admin Tools>Services. Make sure CtrLic is enabled.

I have windows 98....does that make a difference?
