Real Rosters?

Where can I find a patch of the real MLB rosters?

Preferrably as updated as possible.. but if there's only patches of the 2003 season, I'd gladly take that too.

But the patch won't be for real-life MLB rosters. It will be bug-fixes and tweaks and such.. I'm pretty sure.

I'm looking for real-life MLB rosters. I know some have been released, but I can't find them. Need some help
