Question about Online League Server Policy.

The thread here reagrding Online League Server Policy says that the 12 owners email Andreas their Full Name and Order ID Number.

Now, when you go to http://www.ootp-leagues.com/offer.shtml it says:

If you would like to add your league, please send a message to webmaster@ootp-leagues.com and include the following information:
Proof of purchases (emails and full names of twelve OOTP5 customers used when purchasing OOTP5 online, which must not be used for any other leagues)

So, which one do we go by. The one we need help from our league members, the other option the commissioner can do it himself. Which is it?

bump.. Maybe a mod can answer this.. or do they only answer threads that involve closing them down

The owners send their own IDs in. The other way is more than slightly open to abuse
