After playing a where is waldo search using the search feature on this board, I still can't find this "announced patch by Wednesday" post Markus reportedly made.

Would it be possible for us to go back to the old method of such announcements and putting them in a sticky post?

I know a small mnority seem to not even know what a sticky is... but, I don't seem to be the only guy that can't find this post. and I hate being left out of the loop. If you don't want to release possible release dates, that's fine. But don't make me hunt down patch info... that's just cruel.

I didn't see anything that said Wednesday either. lots of people like to turn conjecture into fact here (not saying that he didn't say it, of course, just that I didn't see it). I'm guessing we'll see something before too long - Markus is usually pretty good about this kind of stuff.

I HATE sticky posts, btw. I always miss them.

Just go to his profile and view all his posts...they're in reverse chronological order, so you should see it right on the top.

Oh, and i know what you're saying about stickies, Draft Dodger...it's just too obvious, I ignore them too. It reminds me of one time when I was a kid and playing hide and seek at a big party some friends of my parents had. I went to where the grownups were sitting around with the other kids who weren't playing, and just sat there. The guy who was 'it' walked right by me, even though i was right there in plain sight.

He didn't say Wednesday. He said "2 days". That's probably why you couldn't find it.

That is correct. He said something would be in the first patch and then said (in 2 days) so I would guess that it is almost a certainty that it will be out in 2 days.

How are the teams doing that aren't bringing these players up? And probably more important, how are the guys who are playing in front of them? I don't care if you can hit hr's or not, if someone is better in front of you, you don't play. It might change also if you change the AI to look at ratings higher than stats.
