Multiplayer Question

Hi all,
I am a long time OOTP player who is attempting to start a multiplayer league for the first time. I am creating a league with the intention of only including a handful of human controlled teams and would like to keep the remaining teams controlled by the computer. My first question is: Does OOTP 5 or 6 allow for this kind of a set-up? Secondly, Do I need to have the league hosted on a server in order to tranfer the league file and the owners' files back to me, or can I simply email zip files back and forth? For the purposes of my league, the owners don't really need the whole web-site set-up so I'd like to avoid that if possible. Lastly, I'd appreciate any advice or help that you guys can give me about setting the league up and getting everything going. Thanks much for all your help.

It'll work, and e-mailing that sucker will take a long time. most e-mails won't deal with it. www.simleagues.com has cheap hosting that will handle your small request at a low price. That or see if your ISP or will offer you free space, or something to that effect.
