Won't Open A League

Whenever I try to open a league, I get a "Visual Basic C+++ Runtime Error".

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Okay, now it does it when I try to start a new league as well. If I reinstall the game, do I keep my game purchase or do I have to buy the game again?

This looks like it could use some help. I've never had to reinstall, but I know you won't have to pay for the game again. You may have to relicense, but it won't cost you anything more.
