Arbitration Clarification...
As I understand it...
1. I have a certain amount of available cash to sign free agents. 2. Arbitration signings happen automatically. My question...when the arbitration signings happen, do they come out of my available cash for the current season, or does that come out of the next season's budget. I hope that makes sense. Thanks guys... Jeff |

Thanks Steve...
I tried to find the answer myself, but couldn't find my specific answer.
This is a problem for me in my career league...I started in 1972 and didn't use financials. Once I got to 1975, I started using financials and free agency like in real life. But now I have about 40 guys who are either going to be free agents or going through arbitration. I only have 10,000,000 in available money. At least now I know the guys going through arbitration will sign automatically. I just have to find a way to divide that 10,000,000 between 20 guys. It looks like I'll have some new faces in 1976. Thanks... Jeff Last edited by Jeff; 04-14-2004 at 07:08 PM. |
