Lightbulb Couple of Suggestions

Love OOTP4... A couple of suggestions after playing all night:

1. Maybe it's me, but the trading AI seems a little weird. Managing the Mets using Rolen's latest roster, I was able to trade Jay Payton for Brian Giles straight up. I was then able to trade Jeff D'Amico and Timo Perez for Seattle's Ryan Anderson. I know there are some salary related issues here -- but at the same point, how realistic is this?

2. Being a Mets Fan, I'm reminded that injuries should also include drug addictions. How about "Rehab..." for an injury.

3. Player/Manager suspensions?

4. How about receiving draft picks after losing "Type A" free agents (in the top 5 of their position?) Ala MLB...
