Nuggets clinch #8 seed

With their win over top seeded Sacramento last night, the Nuggets have clinched the #8 seed. Congrats to them for turning it around as they have, both to the players for busting their asses everday(Camby actually stayed healthy almost all season) and to the front office for putting this team together while staying well under the salary cap. This win also shows that they can take on the bigs of the Western Conference, as the Kings had almost as much riding on this game as the Nuggets.

On a side note, is it me or is Kobe the biggest crybaby in the league after his no-show performance in perhaps the Lakers biggest game of the season so far. Wah Wah, everyone picks on me for shooting 30 shots a game so i'm gonna show them, I'm gonna turn the ball over and just not shoot at all. That way we can finish with the 4 seed rather than the 2. Wah Wah.

Congrats to the Nuggets. Congrats to the Grizzlies too. Both of these teams have had great years.

Has there ever been a single NBA season in which it saw 3 Disfunctional Franchises do a complete 180?

Cleveland came on the verge of making the playoff, Denver cliches the 8th seed in the tough WC. And Memphis wins 50 games??/ this NBA season has been full of turnarounds..

as far as NY, I think it was more shrewd trading more than the players. That deal for Marbury is what turned them into a playoff team.
