Question for Commishes

What is the best way to run the FA period for an online league?

I looked at several and seems most use either blocks of days like
Day1-5, day 6-10, ect to sim or this one seems a better solution but is it??

sim days 1-25 with no FA bids than do Day 26 single with owners bids...day 27 next, ect. I like to limit FA period to 5 sim sessions covering about 1 week of real time.

i personally run 3 days at a time 1-3,4-6,7-9, etc.

In the ATHL we sim the first 25 days with no offers, then the last 5 days with offers each day. Works out pretty well - we've used it for about 3 seasons now.
