I need some opinions on this

Corporate League Baseball is here to provide a fun and challenging OOTP6 experience.

We want to challenge all aspects of good Ownership. To this end we have a unique set-up based upon corporations intead of cities and stress profit making as much as winning.

We will start in 1980, using a mix of real and fictional players.The computer will handle the initial draft of real players. Using the fill minors option is how we will mix in fictional players.

All rules are to be kept as simple as possible, overdone rules spoil the fun

any disputes will be handled by the board of directors.

We will not use the salary cap. cash max will start at 35,000,000 but will be reviewed every season.

One league will use the DH the other one will not

Only one team per GM. If a team becomes open it will be computer run untill filled.

It will be a fictional league consisting of 2 leagues with 3 divisions each-24 total teams.

Each GM is required to own their own copy of Out of the Park Baseball 6. (exception for married couples)

The Chairman of the Board, will run sims Typically they will be run on every even day.( lenght of sim to be determined but likely a 4-3-4-3 day schedule) Team export files are due by 12:00am pst the day the sim is to be run. Playing out a 168 game schedule.

The ammy draft will consit of real rookies from the lahman database. The ammy draft choices(rounds 1-3) for the “next” season may be included in trades but you may not trade picks past the current year.

During the season only two free agent bids may be submitted per team per sim period.

Trades are to be submitted and confirmed via the league message board or forum

Playoffs will be a 7-9-9 format.

your owner score (a formula based on profit and Wins) determines your place in the Stadium draft before every season. The first season stadiums will be issued on a first come first serverd basis.
