Overseas players/scouts

First off the credit for the idea goes to AJ Trenkle, IBL commish.

I think it would be neat to have an option to hire an overseas scout. Such scouts will scour the world for talanted, raw prospects for the minor leagues OR star players that can be signed to the MLB team. Hiring an overseas scout should defenitely be expensive and should probably be just an option. A team should have a choice if they want to hire one or not. The scout can be paid per player or per x number of players they bring in.

This has been mentioned before and although it may be becoming more a part of today's game it is still just not something that could easily to put into a game. If this is something you want to do you could put some type of system together and then create the players....I wouldn't look for this anytime soon.
