where to send email

hi, i just turned my comp into campus tech support for a format. i will lose ootp 5, itp,, and tcb

i copied all thier order id's though, who do i send an email to and such to start the process. the comp wont be back till friday at the earliest (big backup) but i want to restart that ootp magic asap ya know?

as i copied them down, can i use my old id for the new version i download or should i contact via about my situation?

Try it, if you have not used "both" licenses it will work. If they don't they can be reset by Via-Tech w/ your proof of purchase.
