Are there any tips/hints on how to give your prospects a better chance of developing? I have four young pitching prospects, sitting in AAA, who have good ratings for their age, but don't have great enough ratings that I would bring them up yet...
Jeremy Bonderman- 5 6 4 6 4 8 8 4.5 stars Clark Girardeau-4 6 4 4 4 10 8 4.0 stars A.J. Murray- 5 4 5 7 7 7 6 4 stars Carmen Pignatiello-3 4 3 6 6 6 6 4 stars I have tried moving some of them down to AA for a little time, but that didn’t seem to help. When are these guys going to improve? I need them to be ready for the majors soon, and I don't want to ruin them by bringing them up now. Any advice/tips..

I actually think Murray and Bonderman are pretty close, but if you're not convinced, you should just leave them in AAA. Make sure they're getting the playing time they need there. Beyond that, you just have to wait.

Bonderman and Murray are ready.
They will develop even more at the Major League level. |

Those guys look like they definitely don’t belong in AA for any reason. You’re not going to see much development past 5s while the guys are in the minors.
