elicense - Open??

Does anybody know what time Elicense opens in the morning. I called the number on the OOTP website and it says its out of service. I found my old email and that number works but says nobody is available.

I just installed a new computer last night and I forgot to release my license before killing the old one.

Email them. They usually respond pretty quickly.

Very quickly, actually...I got a response from Mary Ellen in less than 30 minutes via email.

Problem solved.

Yes, email Elicense ... they have always been super-prompt at returning emails with great instructions. Very good service and support!
