I trade for a guy and he goes down in his first game
![]() I gave up two good players for him and he goes down this quick? I had to scramble to fill my roster to make up for the loss. (Ironically this is my tweaked injury file-one I put in there-Tom Browning, Tony Saunders, Dave Dravecky types, and the guy from Arizona) Oh well

Don't worry man, it happens to the best of us...take a look at what happened to me. My Orioles have been screaming for 3 years at catching help...

My curse seems to be trading guys that go onto win the batting title. Two seasons ago i traded 4 guys to get out of cap hell, and they finished 1-4 in the AL Batting race. Then i trade a borderline LF for a fifth starter and my old LF turns into ted williams and hits .395.
There was also the year that half the all star team had once played for me. If only my good eye for talent would stay past the draft. |

Mr. Opinion:
Looks like the game did you a favor in hurting your catcher! I mean, c'mon...an "E" catcher, with a lifetime OBP under .300? |

Yeah, but when you look at my previous catchers (Geronimo Gil, Brook Fordyce, Tony Eusabio, Doug Mirabelli) this guy was a God-send.
