Support for foreign characters in Team names

Just a quick one here:

I like how foreign characters (like ð, ö etc) work for player names. It would be nice if they worked in other areas too like league names, team names etc.

Yup, I entirely agree.

I'd also like to be able to import names as 'McDonald', not 'Mcdonald'. That's obviously not as important as foreign characters, but hey!
