Not paid yearly Salary

Issue occured in my 3rd year.

Year #1. A ball
Year #2. A ball 2/3, then promoted AA ball.
Year #3. On NY(A), MLB Roster to begin the season.

I was not paid the entire year. My total funds stayed at $210,000K.

Year #4. Now getting paid. total funds has increased.

I am experiencing this right now with my player. I've been stuck at the same dollars for four months now. HELP!!
