Do they ship a CD?

I downloaded and purchased the game but I noticed it never said anything about ordering a CD. I heard that I can get a CD shipped to me but I want to know if they ship the CD to you when you purchase the game or what I have to do. Does anyone know?

Well, I have already bought the game with the internet download but they did not offer a $10 CD with it. All it said was I could but "_ Quantitiy of OOTP5". Do you know if I could call them, give them the information on the receipt and pay $10 for a CD to be shipped?
