player star ratings disappear

All of a sudden one day the player star ratings disappeared. I cannot see any ratings for the players. I have tried re-installing ootp. I just downloaded the 5.12 patch. Still have this problem. Any ideas?

I apologize in advance if this problem has been posted before. My search did not return any results for this issue.

Does you team have a scout? It could be that you have deleted some files or installed some files in the incorrect area of the OOTP directory.

Aha! Yes you are right, I did not have a scout. I should have known better...

My Tigers team has no money left. What can I do to free up some money? Otherwise, I can't tell what any of my players are worth, as far as ratings and stars go.
