database not found?

when i create a new league (1901) it tells me database not found.what am i doing wrong? path to database c:\stats & 4.5 is what i suppose to leave in there,right? i have dl the 4.0c patch & lahman's new patch/unzipped in ootp.don't know what to do please help.thanks

What is the name of the directory where the "lahman 4.5 is located"? If it is OOTP then that is your problem, I could not tell for sure by your post. The example given in the game is just that "an example" and not necessarily where they are located. Find where they are and then type in that path and the game will be able to find and import the players.

Not workin for me either, i got lahman, and patch and it says unable to create folder.

I have unzipped into a file called stats in winzip, then i have it also in jus the c drive under a folder stats neither will work

You need to type the path EXACTLY as it is, don't leave anything out or change anything. Can you actually go in through windows and see that the files are in the "stats" folder and that there are no other folders in that folder?
