Negro Leagues Database....?

Does anyone know where a person can get a Negro League's player database, that will work with Lahman V5.

Oh, and one other thing......lol. Is there an updated Iatric ERA Calculator that will work with OOTP5.

Currently, there isn't a full Negro league database. There are several people that have worked on parts of one though. Cooley has done some extensive research on the Negro leaguers I think.
