This is probably a dumb question, and more like a winzip rather than a patch problem...but... I downloaded the patch, into the ootp4 folder... when i unzip it tho, it creates a new folder, Ootp40c, within the Ootp4 folder... but doesn't write over the old version... if I try to drag it out of the ootp40c folder it just drags as a shortcut... feeling really dumb, probably a setting somewhere but for the life of me can't figure out what, where... any help or hints will be much appreciated... BEST sports game I've ever played!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highlight the file in the OOTP4c sub-directory that Winzip created and right click on it. Then choose Cut from the pop-up menu.
After cutting it, go to your OOTP4 directory, and under the Edit menu select Paste. It should then ask you if you'd like to overwrite the existing file, select Yes. You should be good to go. |

You beat me to it.......that is what I was going to suggest....have winzip unzip it into a generic folder then use cut and paste.........Easiest and best way to assure you will get it in the right place........
