Stadium Upgrade question

I have an owner in the offseason who wants to edit his stadium.
They want to bring in the foul area and bring in and lift up the fences.. how much should I charge?

My on-line league charges $3M for changing stadium models.

Scroll down to section 11D and 11E... Though I dont use anything for foul territory renovation, you can look at it as the smaller the foul territory, the more hits that will occur, due to more pitches seen. I would use this as a base factor in charging for new ball park effects.
