Does anyone know how to install the patch file into OOTP4?

Just extract it into your OOTP4 file which is probably c:\Program Files\OOTP4
it will ask you to overwritea file, which you will do, and then the patch will be loaded

Just take the .exe file and place it in your main OOTP4 folder. It will overwrite the old .exe file. Hope this helps

The next time you run OOTP, check the version number from the opening screen (where it lists your name and licensing info). It'll say 4a if you installed it correctly.
