Historical Expansion/Franchise Moves

I see in the FAQs that there's a tutorial for Expanding and moving franchises. However the tutorial is for OOTP3.

My question is, should I follow the same procedures for OOTP5? Or does the new version handle some of this itself?

I'd like to start with the historical database sometime in the past, maybe even 1901 and want to know how to easiyl get past these changes to the leagues.

That's what I was afraid of, lol.

Actually it doesn't look too bad. I guess I'll mess around and download stadiums and such while I'm at it.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Just noticed something when looking through this info.

He doesn't mention that the Yankees played at Sheas Stadium in 1974 and 1975 while Yankee Stadium was being refurbished.

Not sure if he's still updating this database.

If somebody has the information (# of games played at Shea each year), I'll update the spreadsheet.

I believe all the NYY home games were played at Shea in 74-75.
