WBL looking for 2 owners

The WBL is looking for owners for it's Houston and New Orleans franchises. THe WBL uses the real rosters and are currently at the end of the 2005 season. We sim 3 times per week and have a great nucleus of owners. Ownership of the game is required.

Is there a web site where one might view the league overall. Personally before I apply to join any league I always like to read the constitution first and have a look at the teams and other things.
