Help Please!!

Hi people:
Today I downloaded the ootp4.exe file. I double clicked it and it installed without errors. Then when I double click the ootp4 program icon nothing happens. I had this kind of problem with ootp3 also. Maybe it's the ootp3 license, but I dont know how to delete it. I want to buy this incredible game!!!! I played like over 100 hours of ootp3 and I am angry that this happens with ootp4!! Please somebody help me!!

My computer info is Compaq Presario 1 gigahertz Amd athlon 4. 384mb RAM, 20gb hd.

Hi again:

I tried the xp compability wizard with 256 colors, 640 resolution and themes disabled. I got this message: "Sorry, could not get a license at this time Please try running this program later. 23" Also I was connected to the internet.

If you have any difficulties licensing your copy of Out of the Park Baseball, please contact ViaTech customer support at (508) 647-0464 or email support@elicense.com.

Before you call or email you might want to make sure your were connected to the net and that you are not behind any kind of firewall (does the PC run firewall software?). Note: You do not need to run the PC in 256 color mode (in fact that probably would not work), and you don't have to delete any part of OOTP3, but minimum specs for OOTP4 are a monitor resolution of 1024x768 or higher.
