Money and Years

Question I have is this:
In a number of leagues which some are a few years into and others just one year I can see salaries sky rocketing out of control. In one league in the 1920's salaries are already hitting 10 million a year, which with future years to come what will this lead too? Question I have is there governors that can be added to the game so when you start at certain years it is more realistic? I can see some league have caps with in a few years of sims around 200mil. If this is not possible maybe guidelines as to how to keep leagues from getting out of control?

Umm, OOTP does not simulate real world inflation.
