No Internet Access

hello~
i just wanna play ootp4 on my another computer that can't be connected to the internet
and ootp4.com says i should contact support@elicense.com.
but what i received was deliver-failed email.
what should i do?

support@elicense.com is the correct email address, so I'd suggest resending (check for typos). You could also phone 866-723-3376 between 9am and 5pm EST, but I don't think that's toll free so it's very advisable to try email again. Good luck.

still i can't email to Viatech.
i've received 'RETURNED MAIL' again n again.

do you know any other ways to contact Viatech?
(i can't call cuz i'm in Asia.)
or
let me know what i should do plz..
